Do It Yourself
For the home owner who has the talent, time, and crew, we offer complete building packages. Use your drawings or have us design a building for you. We provide the take offs, material lists, and have everything you need delivered right to your building site.
A little nervous about tackling the project on your own, we can provide a qualified carpenter, willing to swing a hammer and provide the know how to make your dream a reality, without the cost of hiring an entire crew.

All about our Poles
We offer three options to maximize the life of your barn investment.
1) Traditional - most economical and the industry standard application for 4x4, 6x6 or 6x8 pressure treated posts that are placed directly into the ground on concrete pills, but we take it one step further by using .6 grade pressure treated poles, adding additional water sealants to below grade potions of the pole and 10" poured concrete pills embedded with galvanized straps wrapped and secured to the
poles for maxiumiun wind shear protection.

In addition we offer a engineered pressure treated 4 ply laminated (three) 2" x 6" boards, for the first six feet attached to non treated laminated boards providing for a true and stable building, minimizing potential structural and rot problems, finishing with additional water sealents and concrete to enhance stability and support.
2) Perma-Column support systems- 
Provides additional structural and stability support to the traditional pole system by eliminating any wood to ground exposure and eliminating the use of pressure treated posts. Permanent concrete reinforced footing enhanced with premium grade steel fasteners to laminated wood column for lifetime protection from rot.

All about our fastener system
Tradition pole barn builders use galvanized nails to secure their headers, skirt boards, other stress points when fastening to pressured treated materials or weight bearing loads, we also use these techniques to temporary hold the structure together, but we have added further engineering restrains to ensure long lasting support and reduced chances for mechanical failures, by reinforcing these areas with additional bolts and wood blocking.
All about Siding
Metal or wood, several styles and grades are available. For those looking for a maintenance free exterior, we offer six grades of metal siding, available in several colors. For the more traditional look, our wood siding may be the answer, using eight inch exposure tongue and groove or ship lap #1 grade pine, or cedar shingles. Fastened using only galvanized ring shank siding nails providing for a weather tight barrier ready for paint or stain.

Select from a wide variety of traditional wood, fiberglass or metal doors and windows , your imagination is the only restriction. All of our products come with complete hardware kits with many upgrades available
All about Rafters
We work with several truss manufacturers to meet the need of almost any barn roof design. Our trusses are also available with loft flooring systems that maximizes the space below, by allowing for free spans up to one hundred feet, reducing the need for additional support poles, increasing free space and design flexibility.

All about Barns offer several options to keep your project dry.
1) Asphalt/Shingle- Complete line of architecture and three tab shingles offering long lasting protection from what ever mother nature has to offer. We never use anything less than 4 ply exterior grade plywood for sheathing. ( Even offering an pre-engineered insulated plywood for additional warm and noise reductions). Complete water and ice 3 ft from both the edges and rake, then overlaid with heavy weight tar paper, wrapped with drip and rake edge, capped with matching ridge vents for maximum ventilation.
2) Metal roofing with several colors and grades to choose from, manufactured by national recognized leaders in the roofing industry, engineered with state of the art life time warranted coating systems.
3) Cedar wood shingles- For the traditionalist at heart, We offer both white and red cedar shingle applications, providing your project the look of eras pasted.
4) Synthetic Slate roofing tiles -build from 100% recycled material , maintenance free, and 50 year limited warranty. Providing the slate look without the expense.
